Who are we? 

Again is a technology company that is building the supply chain infrastructure for reusable packaging. We work with partners (i.e., retailers, pub chains) to collect whole glass bottles that would otherwise be recycled. We then recondition these bottles with our CleanCell technology and redistribute them back into the market. You can learn more here.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order with Again either online or over the phone. If you order online, you can pay by Google Pay, PayPal, ShopPay or credit card. 

 

Do I have to pay VAT?

If your order with Again is being delivered to a UK address, you must pay VAT (Value Added Tax). If your order is being delivered to Europe and you have a valid EU VAT number, you can put this number on your account or input it at checkout to deduct the VAT from your order.

 

What is the minimum order quantity?

Again sells bottles by the pallet. Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is at least one pallet.

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs are calculated on the weight and bulk of your order and your postcode. On average it costs £80 to ship one pallet anywhere in mainland UK.

 

How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 7-10 working days (subject to stock availability). Orders delivered by courier will need to be signed for on delivery.

 

Which countries do we deliver to?

Again can deliver to anywhere in the UK.

 

Is it possible to collect from your site?

Yes, you can collect your pallet(s) directly from Again’s site. If collecting directly from Again’s site, you must align on a pick up time with us. How are glass bottles cleaned and are they sterilised and ready to use?

Our glass bottles undergo a highly advanced packaging reconditioning process through our proprietary CleanCell technology (video here). Every glass bottle is hygienically cleaned and passes through a world-class and automated visual inspection machine. The bottles are then shrink-wrapped onto a pallet configuration.  

 

Can I hot fill my product?

Yes, our customers are currently able to hot fill their glass from Again up to 90 degrees Celsius (subject to testing by each brand).

 

Is the product food grade?

All glass bottles sold by Again are processed with food safe cleaning products. A certificate of conformity is available on request.

 

How does Again collect its glass bottles?

Again collects glass bottles (that would otherwise be recycled or sent to landfill) from retailers and pub chains.

How does buying and using a previously used product help the environment?

Glass bottles purchased from Again have, on average, a 31% reduction in kgCO2e. One pallet of 500ml glass bottles from Again saves 150 kgCO2e after 1 reuse, which is equivalent to 385 miles driven by an average gasoline-powered passenger vehicle!
